First Contact has been using the NZQA National Certificate in Security Level 3 and purpose developed training programs to underpin a structured training and development programme for all personnel that is delivered by our own in-house NZQA trained, qualified and certified instructors.
This means that the security services for your premises, your event, your security solution and your investment are delivered by trained personnel who are either actively working through or have achieved their National Certificate in Security, level 3.
Our dedication has been recognised at the New Zealand Security Awards year after year and we are one of only two companies nationwide to receive the Gold Certificate for training excellence.
